This winter, The Mark will debut The Mark Chalet, a fondue experience by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, bringing the spirit of the Alps to the heart of the Upper East Side.
The corner of 77th and Madison Avenue will be transformed into a cozy chalet, complete with wood-paneling and gingham accents; where guests can enjoy a range of Alpine inspired delicacies such as tradition Swiss Fondue, Veal Zurichoise with Spätzle, and Mont Blanc. Cozy up with a glass of wine or a selection of classic winter cocktails, from mulled wine to hot toddies.
Reservations are released 60 days in advance and can be made via Resy.
The Mark Chalet by Jean-Georges will be open for dinner daily from 5:00PM to 11:00PM, and for lunch and dinner on the weekends from 11:00AM to 11:00PM.
The ambient, private Madison Room at the Jacques Grange-designed Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges is ideal for both intimate celebrations and high-level business gatherings. The room can accommodate up to 22 guests for a sit down dinner or 30 guests for a cocktail reception.
