Thanksgiving Dinner - Chef Jean-Georges presents an interpretation of traditional Thanksgiving, featuring a $128 three-course menu, including Farmhouse Turkey, with several options for each course. 

Christmas Eve - Featuring a $128 prix fixe menu, including Maine Lobster with Meyer Lemon Risotto and Basil. 

Christmas Day - Featuring a $128 three-course menu, including Roasted Organic Capon Stuffed with Chestnuts and Truffles, served with Glazed Winter Vegetables.

New Years Eve - Sip Champagne, savor caviar and sway beneath the starlit atrium as we bid adieu to 2014 at The Mark Restaurant's New Years Eve Celebration - Featuring a $498 tasting menu, including a Caviar Beggars Purse and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin and Soy Glazed Short Ribs, with Apple-Jalapeno Puree.
